What the client needed.

The client needed to replace paper-based inspections and fragmented records with a comprehensive digital system. It had to support aviation fuel quality control, recurring inspections, configurable forms, equipment tracking, QR and NFC verification, corrective actions, compliance monitoring, reporting, and multi-location operations.

We developed NDX Inspections as an enterprise platform with web, iOS, and Android applications. Field personnel can complete inspections and record findings on mobile, while management teams configure workflows, monitor schedules and overdue work, track assets and corrective actions, and prepare audit-ready documentation from a centralized dashboard.
